The division supervises the operation of land development and is responsible for conducting relevant surveys, analysis and evaluation. A number of advertisers, builders and marketing firms were contracted for implementing the scheme. The initial project is ˇ§The Perfect Cityˇ¨ located in Neihu. The construction was commenced in July 1996 and completed in 1998 with a high sales rate. Another project ˇ§Eastern Luxury Spa Villaˇ¨ in Taoyuan also became a hot issue in property industry in August 2004.

ˇ@The division also administers evaluations on different investment projects in order to control each business opportunity more effectively. In addition to land development, the company also invests in high growth industries, like multimedia, telecommunication, venture capital and leasing industries. The company can quickly control information on the prospect of developing different industries at home and overseas and is affiliated with stocks listed on the TSE and Taisdaq. This can maximize the efficiency of investment and increase corporate profit.
